Lost Coffee Highlands Ranch

Stopped in recently to check out Lost Coffee after the previous spot, Festive Cup, sadly brewed its last batch. Festive Cup was a great place and will be missed. Lost Coffee is just as good—if not better; they opened up the space, added more tables, an in-house coffee roaster, and more. By the time I left, the energy in the room was buzzing. And not just from the caffeine—though that certainly didn’t hurt. Ordered a regular drip coffee and a White Mocha. The regular brew was smooth, full-flavored, and perfectly balanced; not too bold, not too light. But the White Mocha was easily the best specialty coffee drink I’ve had in years, if not ever! If the Ark of the Covenant were around today, it could possibly hold the Ten Commandments, manna, and a handful of these roasted beans the recipe for the White Mocha. I also appreciate the care and craftsmanship they put into their drinks—something that gets lost (pun intended) in the chain coffee world, where sugar often outweighs the coffee itself. Highlands Ranch needs more locally owned spots like this, and we should be supporting them. Moses wholeheartedly recommends Lost Coffee...this is how coffee should be done. – Visited March, 2025

i swear i come here at least 4 times a week it’s almost embarrassing but they literally have the best coffee and matcha ever! don’t come here unless you really appreciate good quality coffee. me and my sister come here and paint because the atmosphere is perfect. the workers are always SO kind and friendly! def recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for an anti- chaotic vibe to chill. 10/10

Exceptional coffee! I always judge an espresso beverage by ordering a Cortado which really allows me to experience the espresso and I was very impressed. With that said, in a latte the flavors fall flat and the espresso fades away so you mostly just taste sweet milk. Next time I will just add an additional espresso shot to remedy that. The Chi latte was exceptionally delicious and the spice really shined. I also bought a bag of the Flat Black espresso beans which produced an espresso draw that was so very nice and smooth without any bitterness whatsoever. Great Cortado & roasted beans, but you might want to double down on the espresso shot in a Latte if you want to taste the coffee.

The ladies and gentlemen behind the counter greeted me and my friend politely. This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Ordering was quick and easy. Took maybe 5 minutes and they sell BONFIRE BURRITOS here! If you don't know, Bonfire is THE BEST burrito spot in Denver in my opinion lol. Anyways.. the coffee was beautifully done and so delicious! I loved that it was quiet enough that you could have a conversation but didn't feel like everyone could hear what you're saying! I'll definitely be back!

I really like this place! The space is open and quiet even when it’s busy! They have big tables for bigger groups (I’d say 6 is probably the highest to be comfortable) and the vibe of being “lost” is so fun! Tiramisu bun: 10/10 (this was so good, I’m drooling just thinking about it now) Pine Meadow with almond milk: 8/10 (the first couple of drinks were delicious but strange enough, once I mixed it more, I don’t think I like Juniper Berry - which I’d never had before so it’s super nice to know)

Posted up at this coffee shop all week while traveling to do some work. Absolutely great atmosphere, fantastic coffee, delicious pastries/food options, and best of all - super friendly staff! I thought about trying different coffee shops all week but couldn't get over how great this one was, so I just stuck with it. Really great spot. Grabbed a bag o' beans to bring home. Yes, the coffee is that good. Watched them roast them in front of me as I worked!

Amazing ambience, very spacious and beautiful place. The coffee was so good. We ordered for White Mocha. a Latte and an everything bagel puff. It was so delicious. They have their spring coffee collection starting from 3/28

This place serves some of the best flavored brew in town, and bonus—it’s their own distinctive blend, with rich notes that will leave your taste buds singing! My husband is a huge fan of their drip coffee with a spot of cream, and I can’t get enough of their sugar free vanilla breves with cinnamon on top. Their outdoor seating offers spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains as well. The parking can be tricky at times—especially on weekends—given their close proximity to the popular Sportsbook Bar & Grill, but the bustle simply adds to the fun energy surrounding this shopping center. I must give a shout out to all the baristas who consistently welcome in patrons with a warm smile to match the drinks they serve. Syrups are made in house, which means better ingredients for you! The pastries are fresh and fluffy, while a vintage pop up shop sits in one corner, inviting customers to browse while they wait for their drinks. Strongly recommend giving this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!
